HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Orders typically average 3-5 days processing time before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays but in most cases its much faster.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER GETS TO ME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

*NOTE* There are obvious circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, extreme weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that shipping carriers may experience.
For this reason, we can not guarantee the exact delivery time, delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company. That being said... if you do not receive your order within 30 days after being shipped we will gladly refund your payment and do our best to locate your item!
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Absolutely! A tracking number will be sent to you either via email or text message once your order has been shipped!
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
Don't worry! This is completely normal. We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items!
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Especially on heavier products.
In the event that your order has been segmented you will be sent separate tracking numbers for each item via email or text message.
WHY IS THE PRICE ON MY PACKAGE LOWER THAN WHAT I PAID?
Prices revealed on your item when delivered may be different from what you paid when you ordered. Usually what fulfillment centers do is mark much lower prices on the items being shipped or mark the items as gifts altogether.
This prevents tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges can be quite costly.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
If there is still no confirmation email please email our support team at email@example.com or simply use our contact page and we will get you sorted immediatley!
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?
Anyone at your residence can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel the next day at the establishment stated on your slip.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.
We try very hard to process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
If the item(s) have been shipped and are on their way to you, then sadly we cannot make changes to that particular order.
If that's the case, when you receive the item you can send it to our nearest Regional Warehouse. Once received, we can send out the corrected item or refund your payment. The choice is yours! Please contact us to find out where is the nearest Regional Warehouse from your country.
On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or is late don't worry! All orders receive a tracking number via email or text message once they are shipped. This means you'll always have a way to check your order status!
