Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order. If you try and contact us for a return or exchange after 30 days from your orders delivery date, we are not obligated offer you a refund or exchange but we respect our customers and will do so in relevant cases. Returns and exchanges need to be sent to Kentucky USA or Florida USA depending on what you order. You need to contact us for return details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging If possible, or stable packaging of your choice. You are responsible for any shipping charges it will cost to send an item back to us. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Personalized or engraved items
Sale or discounted items - (exchanges will be always be honored if item is clothing or footwear) 

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase such as your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days alotted by your institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your payment method as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is always some processing time before a refund is posted. If have waited a number of days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact page.


Sizing charts are clearly visible on product pages and should be followed before ordering. We understand that we are all different sizes and when purchasing items online and sometimes things just don't fit! We recognize this completely and will do our very best to correct the situation, but you are responsible for any shipping charges it will cost to send an item back to us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


If you qualify for a return, you should contact us using our contact page and we will get back to you with further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, shipping times for exchanges will vary.

If you are returning any item, you need to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item which is why you need to send us your tracking number once you receive it. This is for both our protection. If you can not prove we received the item we can obviously not issue a refund or an exchange.
